Friday Night Practice & Play: Level Up Your Volleyball!

• Who: 3rd - 8th Graders 
• When & Where:  Friday Nights, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Heat Shields
• When &  Where:  Friday Nights, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Heat West
• Cost: $20 - $25 at the door
• Hour 1: Skill Building (Practice & Coaching):
  • Warm-up, skill stations (bumping, setting, serving, digging), position coaching, and progressive drills.
• Hour 2: Game Time (Play & Apply):
  • Modified games, team rotations, game strategy, and coach feedback.

Please arrive on time and ready to play! Show up fully dressed with everything you will need; pads, towels, water, hand sanitizer. If you  need it bring it!
