Friday Night Practice & Play: Level Up Your Volleyball!

 

 Elevate your game with Friday Night Practice & Play. Our program offers targeted skill development for 3rd-8th graders, followed by dynamic gameplay to put those skills into action. Experience focused training and exciting competition in a supportive environment.


Our program includes:

  • Professional Coaching
  • Competitive game play

Session Information

Pricing and session times

 

  • Who: 3rd - 8th Graders - Boys and Girls
  • When & Where:  Friday Nights, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Heat Shields
  • Cost: $20 - $25 at the door
  • Hour 1: Skill Building (Practice & Coaching):
    • Warm-up, skill stations (bumping, setting, serving, digging), position coaching, and progressive drills.
  • Add 2 hours of Game  Play for $5

Come Prepared

Please arrive on time and ready to play! Show up fully dressed with everything you will need; pads, towels, water, hand sanitizer. If you  need it bring it!
