U10–U14 Girls Club Tryouts Schedule
Official evaluations for the upcoming club season. Players will be assessed on skill mechanics, athletic potential, court awareness, communication, and coachability across all competitive tiers (National, Travel, Valley, and Local).
Pricing & Registration
- Tryouts: $30 per session
- Make-Up Sessions: $45 per session
- Location: HEAT Shields
- Registration: Pre-registration online is required for all players prior to attending and should be completed the day before any tryout session.

Friday, October 9
- 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM: U12 & U13 National Teams
- 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM: U14 National Teams
Saturday, October 10
- 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: U10 - U12 Travel & Valley Teams
- 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: ALL National Teams Make-up
- 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: U13 & U14 Travel & Valley Teams
- 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: All Local Teams (U10 – U14)
Make-Up Tryout Sessions ($45)
- Sunday, October 11: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (All Ages and Levels)
- Tuesday, October 13: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM (All Ages and Levels)

- Arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot for check-in and bib assignment.
Pre-Evaluation Clinics
Get ready for the upcoming club season with our pre-tryout prep clinics. Clinics focus on high-repetition skill drills, positional training, and live game play to help players shake off rust, build confidence, and get evaluated ahead of tryouts.
Girls Pre-Tryout Clinics
- Ages: U10 to U14 (open to all skill levels)
- Dates: Monday, October 5 – Thursday, October 8
- Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM each day
- Location: HEAT Shields
- Focus: Fundamental skill work (serving, setting, passing, attacking, defense) and competitive live play.
- Pricing:
- Single Clinic: $30
- All 4 Sessions Package: $100
U11–U14 Volleyball Skills Clinics
Sharpen your fundamentals, build court confidence, and elevate your technique with our four-day targeted clinic series. Each 90-minute session focuses entirely on one core skill, providing high-repetition drills, personalized feedback, and game-like situations.
Schedule & Focus Areas
- Monday, September 28 (5:00 – 6:30 PM): Setting Mechanics
Focus on hand positioning, consistent release, footwork on the move, and set distribution. - Tuesday, September 29 (5:00 – 6:30 PM): Passing & Ball Control
Master platform angles, serve-receive footwork, and defensive reaction time. - Wednesday, September 30 (5:00 – 6:30 PM): Hitting & Attacking
Break down the four-step approach, arm swing speed, timing, and shot placement. - Thursday, October 1 (5:00 – 6:30 PM): Serving & Strategy
Build a repeatable toss, generate overhand power, and work on aggressive target serving.
