Indoor Summer Programs

3 Day Skills Camp Sessions

Cost:

$120 per Camp Session includes one Summer T-shirt per person (regardless of the number of registered sessions) and one Summer League night in their age bracket per registration.

Who:

Boys and Girls 3rd - 9th Grades

Where:

Heat Shields Complex - 5940 E. Shields Ave, Suite 104

Dates:

Mondays - Wednesdays

2 hours volleyball skills and practice

+ 30 minutes fun work out or game play

AM Wave Beginners: 8-10:30 am (3rd - 8th Grade)

Focus: All skills and gameplay. Comprehensive training covering fundamentals, strategies, and game play to build complete athletes.

PM Wave Advanced: 11-1:30pm (6th & 9th Grade)

Focus: Same format as AM camp, tailored for experienced or club athletes, emphasizing team concepts and game IQ.

Monday Volleyball Clinics

Cost:

$25 per Session

Who:

Boys and Girls 3rd - 12th Grades

Where:

Heat Shields Complex - 5940 E. Shields Ave, Suite 104

Dates:

Every Monday All Summer starting June 16th

Serving Clinic + Play:

Time: 8:00–9:00 AM
Focus: Serving fundamentals and game zoning. Develop consistent and powerful serves through drills and live play.

Setting Clinic + Play:

Time: 9:00–10:00 AM
Focus: Setting technique and game application. Learn hand positioning, footwork, and decision-making with scenario drills and play.

Defense Clinic + Play:

Time: 10:00–11:00 AM
Focus: Back row skills and positioning. Improve digging and floor moves with high-repetition reaction drills.

Hitting/Blocking Clinic + Play:

Time: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
Focus: Net offense-defense and reading hitters. Practice blocking timing, hand position, and movement in live situations.
