Practice Information

All teams will start practice in August after tryouts


Practices are twice a week in August -December


All practices and tournaments are mandatory unless they conflict with a school sport/activity which are priorities. 


All practices will be held at the Heat Sports Complex  - 5940 E. Shields Ave, Suite 104
