INDOOR
Fresno Heat is prepared to instruct the athlete no matter what their age or experience level. For this reason we have 2 different Programs. The first is AAU. AAU is primarily designed for our younger and less experienced volleyball athletes. Second is our region of USA Volleyball the NCVA.
NCVA Premier League
This league is primarily designed for elementary, junior high and high school athletes. League matches are in tournament format normally within 90 minutes travel time from Fresno and at least 1 out of area tournament.
NCVA Power League
This league is very competitive and does require more travel and is designed for Junior High and High School athletes who's goals are continuing on to college.

These are designed to be the most competitive and also require the most expense and extensive travel. These athletes will be given the highest level of competition, the most comprehensive stats and the greatest exposure to college recruiters.
